Ukraine Says Russia Launched ICBM Strike on Dnipro

Ukraine's air force reported on Thursday that Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) at the central city of Dnipro, alongside eight additional missiles, hitting enterprises and critical infrastructure. Serhiy Lysak, governor of Dnipropetrovsk region, said an industrial facility was damaged and fires broke out; he reported two people wounded. Moscow had not immediately confirmed the use of an ICBM.
